Yet, full flow filter systems cannot adequately remove the very small particles that result in the eventual deterioration of the engine, transmission or other system.
NTZ is addressing this concern with a full selection of micro filtration systems. The heart of our approach to micro filtration is compression technology used in combination with our filter systems. The radial flow through our MicroClean filter element offers a larger filtration surface area that prevents the channeling effect of most "honeycomb" filters. And it provides larger dirt holding capacity and higher filtering efficiency that result in longer life. In addition, we are working on new approaches to capturing and retaining soot, an extremely difficult particle to eliminate from fluid, and one which can cause cumulative component damage.
NTZ's micro filtration systems are manufactured to exacting specifications for packaging efficiency. We strive to provide a product in which packaging space is minimal, and in some cases, we can provide a product that requires no added packaging space at all.
And we have employed this OE quality in a full line of aftermarket products, perfecting compact, easy-to-install filters for use by transmission rebuilders, mechanics, maintenance shops and even do-it-yourselfers.
